Interior design
Full interior concept and delivery, from first site visit to final styling.
Every project starts the same way. We look at the space, measure it, and spend real time understanding how you plan to use it rather than how a catalogue says you should.
From there you get space plans, a material direction you can hold, and a set of drawings your contractor can build from.
We stay involved through installation and handle the final styling, so the first time you walk in, it is finished.

Space planning and drawings
Layouts, zoning and technical drawings that make a space work before it is decorated.
We plan around movement first. Where you enter, where things are set down, how people pass each other without turning sideways.
For commercial work this is where the money is saved. Fefe’s Kitchen was zoned for prep, cooking, plating, cleaning and storage before a single unit was specified.
You leave with dimensioned drawings a contractor or fabricator can build from directly.

Furniture, sourcing and styling
Mood boards, specification and the final layer that makes a room feel finished.
We build a mood board for every room, item by item, with a legend so you know exactly what you are approving.
Sourcing covers furniture, rugs, lighting, art and the objects that make a place feel collected rather than bought in one afternoon.
Delivery is scheduled and everything is placed and styled by us, not left in boxes.

Colour, material and finish
Palettes and finishes chosen for your light, your use, and how they age.
Samples go up on the actual wall and stay there. Morning light, afternoon glare and lamplight all get a say before we commit.
Finishes are chosen for how they wear. A surface that patinas well beats one that looks perfect for six months and then does not.
You leave with a schedule naming every product, code, sheen level and application method, room by room.

Commercial and hospitality
Retail, dining and workspace interiors that have to perform as well as look right.
Commercial work is judged on numbers as well as photographs. Dwell time, covers, workflow, staff movement, all of it gets designed for.
We handle brand expression in the space, from signage and murals to the material choices that carry an identity without spelling it out.
Acoustics, lighting and servicing are planned early, because they are almost impossible to fix once the finishes are on.

We visit the space where we can, take rough measurements and ask a great many questions about how you actually live or trade.

Technical drawings, finish schedules and a sourcing list with lead times, so nothing arrives late.

How much does interior design cost in Lagos?
It depends on the size of the space, the scope and the level of finish, which is why we do not publish a flat rate. The enquiry form uses budget bands from under 10 million naira to over 75 million naira, and the first consultation gives you a realistic range for your specific space before you commit to anything. The consultation itself is free.
How long does an interior design project take?
A colour and finish consultation runs 2 to 4 weeks, space planning 2 to 6 weeks and a furniture and styling programme 4 to 10 weeks. A full residential interior takes from 8 weeks and commercial fit outs from 10 weeks, depending on scope and lead times. You get a programme you can plan around at the first consultation.
What is included in the full interior design service?
A site survey and space plan, concept direction and mood boards, a full material, finish and lighting specification, then sourcing, installation and final styling. We stay involved through the build, so the first time you walk in, the space is finished.
Do you design commercial and hospitality spaces?
Yes. The studio has delivered a flagship sanitary ware showroom, a full production kitchen for a food brand and a resto bar concept, alongside residential work. Commercial projects are designed around workflow, dwell time and brand expression as well as the look.
Where does Luxxterior work?
The studio is based in Lagos, Nigeria, and takes on residential, commercial and hospitality projects across Lagos and beyond. Site visits happen in person wherever possible, and remote consultations run over video with your plans open.
Who will I be working with?
Ezike Muna, the lead designer and founder, runs every project personally from the first site visit through to final styling on handover day. There is no account manager in between.
Is the first consultation really free?
Yes. It is a proper working session with the designer, on site where possible or over video, with no charge and no obligation to go further. We reply to every enquiry within 24 hours.
