Everything here except the date and time is needed. The more you put in the notes, the more useful that first conversation will be.

- 02Concept and mood boardsSpace plans, a material direction and mood boards you can react to, with a first honest view of cost.
- 03Detail and specificationTechnical drawings, finish schedules and a sourcing list with lead times, so nothing arrives late.
- 04Delivery and stylingSite visits through the build, then placement and final styling before you walk in.
